Desktop Care.
Total Desktop Care: Includes Full “Enterprise Level” anti-virus and malware protection software is included and installed on each desktop. System Protection Partners’ technicians are able to login to your computer remotely if necessary, to provide support or to identify/repair problems. Our solutions allow access to your PCs from anywhere in the world through LogMeIn. Microsoft Updates are checked and deployed automatically; patches can be optionally selected to install only “white listed” (tested by our Network Operations Center not to cause compatibility issues) patches
Server Care.
Proactive Server Care includes 24×7 Monitoring by our Network Operations Center (NOC). A team of individuals are put in charge of monitoring all activity, errors and threats on your server, providing ommediate notification of system failures. System Protection Partners is notified instantly of any server errors, failed backups, security breaches and other problems that might arise. Proactive services include monitoring and overnight deployment of all crucial Windows updates.


Help Desk.
Our Help Desk is YOUR virtual IT department. Your staff has direct access to our Network Operations Center and support desk by phone, working in conjunction with our Total Desktop Care and Server Care products.
Remote Monitoring.
System Protection Partners Remote Monitoring Services features 24 x 7 monitoring by System Protection Partner’s NOC and unlimited user help desk support. Comprehensive reports are generated on a monthly basis. Select from 3 Service Levels: Level I, Level II, Level III to better suit your needs.
